This Privacy Policy explains what information BallUpBrian ("we," "us") collects when you use this website or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. When you book a call through Calendly, you provide your name, email address, and — depending on the booking form — phone number and any notes you choose to share about your goals.
Information collected automatically. This website does not run its own analytics, tracking pixels, or first-party tracking cookies. Two third-party services used on this site may independently collect limited technical data:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — loads the typefaces used on this site and, like any web request, may log your IP address and browser type as part of standard server access logs.
- Calendly (calendly.com) — only loads after you click a "Book a call" link. Once loaded, Calendly's own cookies, analytics and privacy practices apply. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or cross-site tracking technology on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations — generally no longer than three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. Calendly's retention of your scheduling data is governed by its own privacy policy.
7. Your Privacy Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site and the third-party services it relies on (Calendly, Google Fonts) may process and store data on servers located in the United States. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.
